We are passionate about working with children and young adults who have complex communication needs and have been providing specialist intervention in this area for over 18 years.

 

We deliver comprehensive, family centered interventions which are highly individualised to meet the needs of our clients.  Our particular interest and experience is in implementing robust, functional communication approaches through the use of a range of Alternative and Augmentative (AAC) strategies.

 

Haylee Parfett Speech Pathology provides AAC services through:

• individual therapy support

• communication partner training 

• training and workshops for parents and professionals

• professional supervision to Speech Pathologists

• consultative support to special and mainstream schools

We deliver mobile, individual therapy services in family homes, mainstream and special schools, kindergartens, respite centers and early intervention services throughout the Eastern suburbs of Melbourne.  We also provide remote tele-health support and clinic-based services from our practice in Croydon.
